For most families the Covid-19 pandemic has been intense, most of us spending more time together than before, plus significant family worries around money, childcare, jobs, mental and physical health and relationships, it has been a tough time to negotiate.

Children will find a way to cope in their own ways, and as parents we don’t always know how best to support them through tricky times. This course will give you some ideas to cope with life transitioning beyond Covid19.

This course will share strategies and tips you can implement in your family, and explore how you can best support your child’s sleep, nutrition, creativity and emotional wellbeing.

The course runs from 20th August to 17th September – one hour a week via Zoom. You don’t need to attend every session but when you book, you book for the whole 5 week course.

Places must be booked via this link – you’ll be sent a link to the Zoom session nearer the time.
